Nick and ageektogo.com are the most professional company I have come across in a long time….within ANY industry.
Utmost in courtesy, professionalism, timeliness and value.
My wife is NOT easily pleased or fooled. Nick came to our house to help me out with some computer and connectivity issues and I was away at work. My wife had only the best things to say about Nick’s professionalism, courtesy, neatness, politeness, eye contact, manners and work ethic. I actually have not even met Nick face to face. BUT, talking with him on the phone and hearing my wife’s praises-which do NOT come easily- I don’t need much more than that. I am now scheduling with Nick to do some computer upgrades. It is so refreshing when you find that company that you know you can go to and trust and you KNOW you are getting a great value and great service in a reliable way.

My only concern is how Nick will keep the company running so smoothly and customer satisfaction SO high as his company will GROW! His challenge will be to keep such high quality service as his client base will explode.

Our 7 year old custom built workstations were very expensive to build and we were looking at replacing them at a very substantial cost to our small firm.  The call was made to many companies and most simply wanted to sell us new machines.  We called a much larger company that promised to advise us …….well after spending a large amount of money for the same advice we heard about aGeek2Go.com.

15 minutes after our Geek Arrived he assessed our needs and made a suggestion that blew us away!  We still have ALL of our 7 year old machines running today’s TOP software at a cost of  $239.00 per machine. Boot times are FAST and software is so much faster to run. I must add The Advise cost me $89.00 and my Geek didn’t sell me the parts but showed me where I could find them online or a few brick and mortar store locations nearby where I could pay more for them and pick them up right away if I wanted it done that day.  Called him back for the install….Was there the next day.  aGeek2go.com is now our off-site IT department.

We had given up on our PCs. One Desk top and one laptop and had already bought a new ones.  After hearing about aGeek2Go.net we made an appointment for a home visit and in less than 45 minutes the “Dead” Laptop was running just fine.  An hour Later the Desktop was up and running. My laptop was unable to get online and had me so frustrated I just shoved it under the couch and left it there for a month.  My Girlfriend told me about  the help she got from aGeek2Go.net  It was great to hear that they will come to your workplace and do the work if you are just too busy or not comfortable with being alone with strange men in my home.   My Geek came to my office and in less than an hour in our conference room the work was done and I had my laptop back and it cost MUCH less than (deleted) quoted before they even came out or the over the phone services.

I picked the right company.  My elderly mom’s computer ended up with a virus. It’s always scary to pick a company without knowing anything about them but I had no choice.  I needed a professional who knew their business.   I googled computer repairs in San Diego and lucked out that I called Ageek2go.   It’s so nice to find good and honest people.  They care about their work and follow up to make sure everything worked after the work was done.   He explained everything to me and suggested better applications.  He also was able to explain to my mom what she needed to do and not do anymore on her computer.   I highly recommend this company and will be referring business to them from now on.
